Copyright & Payment
You hold full copyright to all content delivered by us. We retain no ownership, and you are free to use, modify, or publish the content as you wish. All services require 100% advance payment, and clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees. Work on your project begins only after full payment is received.
Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of delivery, or 14 days in special cases. Revision timelines depend on the urgency of the original order: 24 hours for urgent orders, 48 hours for moderate urgency, and up to 72 hours for standard timelines. Requests made after the allowed revision window may not be accepted, but we strive to complete all revisions promptly.
Refunds & Requirements
You may request a full refund before work on your project begins, with applicable transaction charges deducted. Refunds are not available for discounted or promotional orders. If our revision process does not meet your expectations, partial refunds may be considered. All refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of final delivery. Project requirements are clearly discussed and agreed upon before starting any work.
